Four-peptide stacks keep popping up — am I missing solid human data?

I’m 41F, 5'5", started at 213 lbs, now 194 after 16 weeks on tirzepatide. I lift 3x/week, walk 8k steps, and aim for ~110g protein. I keep seeing people stack retatrutide, tesamorelin, MOTS-c, and AOD-9604 like it’s a standard combo. I’m skeptical.

I get the appeal — more fat loss, less fatigue, maybe body recomp — but most of what I find is mechanism talk or small short studies, not long-term human data. For those who’ve actually tried any combo like this: did you see a clear difference beyond appetite suppression and calories?

Any sources you trust that compare them rather than just hype?

Not looking for dosing advice, just trying to separate signal from noise.

Honestly, mechanism-minded rabbit hole for me too. In the trials, these are mostly siloed: reta has phase-2 weight data as monotherapy; tesa’s visceral-fat signal is in a specific population; AOD human data are thin/old; MOTS-c is largely preclinical/exercise-mimetic.

I can’t find a combo trial, so “four-peptide stack” is extrapolation.

Since you’re already lifting and tracking protein, what objective marker would you use to judge it—DEXA visceral fat, waist, strength, or energy? Scale weight alone seems too noisy with all the water/glycogen shifts.

I’d personally want 8–12 weeks of stable trends before crediting any addition.
