I stopped tracking IGF-1 LR3 after safety posts piled up

I keep a messy spreadsheet for weight-loss stuff: 14 months of GLP-1 prices, restock gaps, and shipping windows. IGF-1 LR3 has its own row because it keeps surfacing in peptide threads.

Every time I check that row, the safety talk is all over the place: one forum says it's fine, another lists scary side effects, and the older posts contradict the newer ones. I'm not looking for a protocol and I'm not buying anything—just trying to figure out if the danger signal is real or just loud.

My own rule so far: if I can't separate hype from harm, I don't track it. Curious whether anyone else has a cutoff for peptide rabbit holes?

yo i do the same spreadsheet thing but i added a “noise score” column for each peptide row: 1 = human data, 2 = anecdote with bloodwork, 3 = some dude in a discord at 4am. igf-1 lr3 sits at 3 for me, so it stays in the “almost bought” tab with a note: revisit if i ever get sleep and caffeine under control.

honestly my glp-1 log got way cleaner once i stopped tracking every hype compound and started logging soda swaps, sleep, and resting hr. are you tracking any negative signals like that, or just prices/restock gaps?

hi, I’m brand new here, like week one, so this might be a silly question. I’m already overwhelmed by peptide threads, so my spreadsheet is just basics: weekly weight, waist, sleep, protein, and whether I hit my steps.

The IGF-1 LR3 row would make me spiral because I can’t tell what’s legit. Do you log possible side effects in the same tab as weight-loss stuff, or keep them totally separate?

I’m trying to keep mine simple so I don’t obsess over every forum post.
