I missed my injection week and logged what changed

I've been on a weekly GLP-1 since February. Last week, travel plus a nasty cold meant my normal injection day came and went.

I didn't try to make it up or change anything; I just kept my usual notes. For six days I tracked hunger on a 0-10 scale, protein grams, sleep, and morning weight.

My hunger score went from about 3 to 6, protein slipped from 120 g to 85 g, and weight bounced up 1.8 lb. The seven-day average, though, moved only 0.4 lb.

By day nine, appetite felt closer to what I remember. I'm not asking for dosing advice.

I'm curious what other people actually record during a gap: hunger curve, GI stuff, weight trend, resting heart rate? If you have a specific source or method you trust for reading that kind of week, I'd like to hear it.

The hunger going 3→6 is so real. For me the first thing back is carb gremlin mode, and my protein goes from “cottage cheese bowl” to “whatever’s in the vending machine.” Dorm cheap-protein damage control: tuna packets + microwave brown rice + sriracha, or plain Greek yogurt + sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix.

Not gourmet, but roughly 30g and no stove. Curious: did your sleep shift before the hunger crept up, or did they hit together?

I ask because when I sleep like garbage, my 0–10 scale is basically fiction.
