reta hospital posts vs actual frequency, what are you seeing

ngl i lurk here after midnight between matches and the reta scary stories blur together after a while. one post says they got fluids and went home, another says they were kept overnight, then the comments turn into a pile-on.

i can't tell if that's a real signal or just the algorithm feeding me the loudest stuff. i'm 7 weeks in, mostly fine, but i did notice my sleep gets wrecked if i play past 2am and forget to eat actual food.

my soda swap has been diet dr pepper plus a giant water bottle, which is probably unrelated but it's the only routine i've kept. for people who've been around longer: did you see a wave of hospital posts at some point and then it fizzled, or is this just how it always looks from the cheap seats?

not asking for med advice, more like trying to calibrate my own panic meter.

Fellow road warrior here — hotel breakfast buffets and airport pretzels are my main side effect lol. I started a stupid-simple note in my phone: water bottles finished, protein at each meal, bathroom stuff, sleep, and whether I was actually dehydrated vs just travel-gross.

My only “whoa” day was after a 6am flight, no water, and a salty airport dinner. Not saying that’s anyone else’s story, but I’d love a poll: how many of those hospital posts are admitted overnight vs just IV fluids and discharged?

Those feel very different and the comments flatten them. Also curious if people count urgent care as hospital.
