Hit 150 lbs down about 14 months ago. Spent the last 52 weeks in maintenance.
My weight chart looks boring: 182–186 lbs, same 4-lb band. But the body didn’t get the memo to stay static.
Waist is down another 3 inches, shirts went from XL to M, and my face looks less like a before photo and more like a person who sleeps.
Habits are unglamorous: 8k steps, 3 lifting sessions/week, protein at breakfast, same bedtime. I think of it as a control system: scale is the average, tape measure and photos are the variance.
Maintenance isn’t a finish line; it’s a low-drama dashboard I check weekly. Anyone else find the scale goes flat while everything else keeps remodeling?
