What is Benchchem stocking now

Benchchem (benchchem.com) keeps popping up on my radar and there's basically no public info on them, so I'm poking around before I go any further. If anyone has research, QC, or procurement experience with them, help me out: What categories or chemicals do they actually stock or list?

Are they a manufacturer, a distributor, or a reseller? And can anyone actually confirm any of that? Not trying to dunk on them.

I just don't like guessing at who I'm dealing with, and I'd rather hear it from people who've dealt with them. Anything you've got, I'll take it.

How's shipping to the EU these days? Last I checked, customs was a coin flip. Any recent experiences?

Do they send batch-specific COAs from a third-party lab, or just generic in-house sheets? That's my main hang-up.

Prices seem okay, but not amazing. Has anyone negotiated a bulk discount recently? Curious what the floor is.

Following closely. Saw some chatter on another forum that wasn't exactly glowing, so I'm in wait-and-see mode.

Benchchem? More like bench-press my patience waiting for tracking to update. Kidding... mostly.

Watching this. If anyone gets a recent order, please post timeline and packaging condition.

What shipping carrier do they use? Is tracking reliable, or does it ghost for a week then appear?

Do they take crypto? And what's the minimum order for a test pack? Trying to gauge entry cost.

I only browsed their site, so grain of salt, but it reads like a reseller/catalog aggregator rather than a manufacturer: tons of CAS-numbered research chemicals, reference standards, some peptide-adjacent listings, and “stock” seems fuzzy.

My sharp question: has anyone gotten a batch-specific COA with a lot number before paying, not a generic purity PDF after? That’s my line

i’m deep in a 9-week stall myself, so I get the rabbit-hole energy.

The thing I’d want before touching any new supplier: are their COAs batch-specific with an independent lab named, or just a generic purity sheet? That’s the detail that separates a catalog from something I’d trust. Also, do they list excipients/fillers or just the compound? Anyone actually seen either on their site?
