Saw a clip about pt-141 dosage calculator and now my small-town pharmacy brain is just confused

I just watched a short newsy video about pt-141 while I was waiting on a refill at our little pharmacy, and the comments were all asking for a calculator. I've been on a GLP-1 for about seven months, so I'm used to confusing dosing charts and insurance portals, but this one made my eyes cross.

The video kept talking about timing and body weight like it was simple, then the creator linked to something that looked like a spreadsheet from 2003. I'm not looking for a dose recommendation — I just want to know if anyone has found a plain-English pt-141 dosage calculator that doesn't make you feel like you need a chemistry degree.

Our local pharmacist is great but says they don't handle this one, and my insurance app is zero help. Did anyone else see that clip?

Or have you found a calculator that actually made sense, or am I expecting too much?

I’m brand new here too, so please take this with a grain of salt—but the calculator chatter would confuse me as well. I can barely keep my own weekly tracker straight!

I use a plain notes app: time, what I ate, and how I felt, mostly just to spot patterns. Sharp question: did the video’s timing confusion seem to be about the medication itself, or just when to log things?

That distinction always trips me up.
