i’m 14 months in and down 62 lbs. I have a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old, so dinner is usually someone crying and someone refusing carrots.
The thing that helped most was making my own snack drawer: pre-portioned almonds, string cheese, apple slices, and tuna packs. Not fancy, just easy. I eat when I’m actually hungry instead of finishing their quesadilla crusts. I also bought size 12 jeans in March, and today they need a belt. Stil not a smooth ride.
I keep crackers on the top shelf so I don’t graze while packing lunches. Anyone else have a snack-drawer setup that works when the kids are losing it at 5 pm?
