My Summitresearchsupply order: slow reply, weird packaging, delay

Comparing Summit Research Supply against a couple other shops I've bought from, and there's stuff I can't pin down before I'd ever consider them for lab procurement. Which recovery and cognitive peptides do they actually carry right now?

Do third-party COAs cover every listed batch or just select compounds? Public COA docs look thin, so what's posted per product and lot, and what did the one verification I can find online actually cover?

Who runs the independent testing, and can you get full chromatograms, mass specs and dates on request, or just condensed results? Shipping: what state do they ship from, domestic only or international, cold-chain and packing, tracking, typical handling time?

And pricing per vial or kit, bulk research tiers listed, any minimums or documentation requirements?

Has anyone actually gotten a tracking number from them lately? Saw a label created a week ago and it’s still not moving. Curious if that’s normal or a red flag.

Do they post COAs per batch, or just one generic PDF? I’d want to see the lot number and date match before considering anything.

Prices look mid-tier honestly. Not suspiciously cheap, not premium. Anyone compare their list to other vendors this month?

Lurking and watching this thread. The lack of recent independent reviews is what keeps me on the fence.

Summit Research Supply sounds like a hiking gear store that got lost in the wrong forum. Anyway, following.

I’m skeptical until I see consistent proof of shipping. Too many vendors vanish right after a good review wave.

Can someone confirm if they ship discreetly and whether signature is required? Those details matter more than the flashy site.

COA request email bounced for me. Could be a fluke, but that’s not a great sign. Anyone else try recently?

Weird packaging and slow replies are my two least favorite surprises 😅 hope you get answers soon.

Hi all, first week here and still figuring out what to track. Do their vials actually arrive with lot numbers that match a public COA, or are the labels generic?

I’ve started a tiny spreadsheet for order date, lot, and where the test doc lives, mostly so I don’t lose track later. If the lot isn’t printed, I’m not sure how anyone ties a later question to a specific batch.

Has anyone seen a matching lot, or is it more of a “trust the listing” situation? Sorry if that’s a basic question.

I track weekly averages for energy, appetite, sleep, and mood, and I keep a separate column for any supply changes—mostly because it’s hard to separate a bad week from a bad batch. The detail I’d want before ordering: do their COAs include full chromatograms and mass-spec data, and does the lot number actually match the vial label?

A summary “purity” number alone wouldn’t reassure me.

If public docs are thin, I’d ask for a current batch-specific example before considering it.

Mom of two here—chaotic mealtimes mean my only reliable habit is a fridge whiteboard: water, protein, and whether I got a walk. Snack drawer gets pre-portioned nuts, string cheese, and shelf-stable protein shakes for the 4pm chaos, otherwise I’m eating crackers standing up.

Sharp question: did anyone’s order come with lot numbers on the vials that actually match the COA/site listing? That’s the one thing I’d want nailed down before trusting a new shop, especially with slow replies.
