So before I go any further: which product lines are actually stocked versus catalog-only, and do they list purity and identity specs per lot?
Are the COAs third-party and batch-specific, and can you see them before purchase, or only after you ask? How are shipping conditions documented — temp control, carrier, timelines — and what's the policy if a shipment arrives compromised?
Do published prices already include lot-specific testing and handling fees, or is that tacked on, and are bulk/research quantities quoted separately? And where are they located — can they provide verifiable entity and contact details I can put in front of procurement? Nobody's answered any of this yet.
