Spartanpeptides order: slow replies, rough packaging, late ship

Following. I asked about lot-specific COAs before checkout—got a generic PDF, not tied to batch. Curious if anyone has received a lot number first.

Day two of my notes: their page lists 5mg and 10mg vials, ten-vial kits, plus 2mg/5mg blends. No batch size selector at checkout, just quantity. Hmm.

Short quip: "COA before ordering" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

I ordered a small kit last month. USPS Priority, bubble mailer, no cold pack, tracking posted next morning. Arrived in three days. Packaging was plain.

Temperature control question: if they ship ambient, do they include desiccant? My lab logs incoming temps, so I need to know before committing.

Diary entry: support replied fast but vague. Said COAs available "upon request after batch assignment." Not pre-order. Dispatch window quoted 1-3 business days.

Sharp question: does Spartan double-box or at least use a plain outer with no product names? If support won’t confirm before payment, ask for a photo of a packed kit. Their listed kit sizes I saw were 5-vial and 10-vial, singles on a couple SKUs, and the batch-size field stayed blank until checkout. That’s the part I’d want before paying.

My own trendline across three orders: label created day 3.7 median, first carrier scan day 6, door day 9.3—and mine were FedEx, not UPS. Maybe carrier rotates by region.

Did anyone else get batch size populated only at payment, or am I misreading their listings?

If they reply, can you ask whether the lot COA includes the actual chromatogram and mass spec trace, plus the lab’s name/date, not just a generic purity percentage? I’ve been burned by “99% pure” PDFs that didn’t list a method or sample ID. That’s the only thing that’d make me comfortable ordering pre-order.

Also curious if they’ll confirm the lot number on the invoice matches the COA before payment. Packaging and slow replies I can tolerate; unverifiable paperwork I can’t.

Following because the shipping unknowns are what keep making me pause. One thing I haven’t seen mentioned: do they split orders if something’s backordered, or hold the whole thing?

I plan my week around morning walks and a set cooking/prep routine, so a surprise partial shipment would throw me off. Also, does tracking actually move, or does it sit at “label created” for a few days? I’d rather know before I clear fridge space.

I've been tracking my weekly averages in a spreadsheet, so a 2-week mystery delay really wrecks the planning. Do they at least send a tracking number when the label is created, or only once it's actually scanned? And is there a stated cutoff time for same-day processing?

Those two details would tell me more than the vague "ships in X days" line.

I’m brand new here too, so sorry if this is an obvious one. The rough packaging part worries me more than the wait, honestly—my building has a shared mailroom and nosy neighbors.

Did it arrive as a plain outer box with no rattling, or was it visibly crushed/obviously repackaged? And does the sender name on the label look generic, or does it scream what’s inside?

I’m just trying to figure out what “normal” looks like for these before I order anything. Thanks!

The thing I’d want before ordering is whether the lot number is printed on each vial or just the outer box — if packaging arrives rough, that’s what makes it impossible to match a COA later.

Has anyone actually gotten a lot-specific COA pre-order, or is that always after? That’s my make-or-break.
