Saw a clip about faces changing after weight loss

i was up at 2am watching random clips between ranked matches and one popped up about how faces look different after losing a chunk of weight. not in a scary way, more like the features kinda come forward.

i'm down 27 lbs since april, mostly from swapping my 3-can soda habit for fizzy water and actually eating dinner before midnight. my cheeks are less puffy in photos, but some days i feel like i look older or tired, especially after bad sleep.

the clip was saying it's partly face fat and partly hydration, idk if that's true. curious if anyone else noticed this around 20 to 30 lbs down.

did your face change feel good, weird, or both for you?

The 2 a.m. clip makes sense to me—face changes can be so gradual that you notice them in photos before you do in the mirror.

One thing that helped me was a weekly photo in the same window light and angle, plus looking at my weekly average rather than judging any single morning. At 27 lbs since April, you may be seeing subtle shifts in your cheeks and jawline before your brain fully catches up.

Are you noticing it more in photos, or when you catch yourself in a mirror? Also, swapping the soda habit is a very concrete win.
