Heart flutters during heavy sets and I'm not shrugging it off

I lift four days a week, keep protein around 175g, and guard sleep like it's part of the program. Two days ago, mid-set of trap-bar deadlifts, my heart did a skipped-beat flutter thing for maybe five seconds. It happened again once while I was just sitting after lunch.

I'm not the type to chase every weird sensation, but this wasn't DOMS or a bad night of sleep. I cut caffeine after noon, added more water and sodium around training, and it hasn't repeated in my last session. Still, I'm noting it in my log and bringing it up at my next appointment.

For anyone who's dealt with flutters on this journey: did yours line up with low food volume, electrolytes, stimulants, stress, or something else? Not asking for a diagnosis, just trying to figure out what patterns are worth mentioning.

I’d start a phone-notes log for a couple weeks: time, lifting vs sitting, watch HR if you have it, caffeine, sleep, and what you ate last. My flutters cluster when I’m behind on fluids and slammed coffee between kid meals.

Was the after-lunch one after a big carb lunch or caffeine? That’s the pattern I’d want to see before deciding it’s just heavy-set weirdness.
