Down 63 lb over 15 months (5'6", 214 to 151, waist 39 to 31). The loose skin is mostly lower belly and inner upper arms. It’s not a surprise, but it’s still weird to feel like my body is a different size than my skin expects.
I lift 3x/week and have kept protein around 110–130g for the last 8 months; that’s helped my arms look more filled out, but the crepey texture hasn’t changed much. I’ve read that age, genetics, total loss, and speed matter, and in the trials skin tightening wasn’t really measured, so I’m trying to hold expectations loosely.
At 15 months out, some spots seem slightly less dramatic when I’m hydrated and not losing, but not “snapped back.” For those further out—did you notice meaningful tightening between year 1 and year 3, or did it mostly stay the same? Curious what timeline felt realistic.
