I’d add two columns: COA test date vs. batch manufacture date, and whether the lab is ISO 17025 accredited. In my own shipping/stock spreadsheet, the suppliers with a 2–3 week gap between manufacture and COA were also the ones whose dispatch estimates slipped most.
Sharp follow-up: has anyone seen a supplier post a “retest pending” note instead of quietly swapping the PDF? I’d trust that transparency way more than a prettier purity number.

one thing i'd add if you're doing 8 weeks: hash the actual coa files, not just the numbers. i started doing sha256 + pdf metadata after noticing a page kept the same filename but the file changed.
numbers looked identical, but the lab footer went from 'page 1 of 2' to 'page 1 of 3' lol. also track whether old batch coas stay live or get deleted when a new batch drops. if they scrub old ones, your trend is survivorship bias. are you saving snapshots or just spreadsheet entries? that part bit me.
One column I’d add: correction latency. When you spot a mismatch, send one neutral email — “which lot does this COA belong to?” — and log hours to a specific answer vs. template. Suppliers that reconcile fast usually keep pages consistent.
If you’re scraping, also capture the COA URL’s Last-Modified/ETag; silent edits often show there before the displayed test date changes. Did your 98.7→99.1 same-batch seller ever update page metadata, or just the number?
