Trying to figure out Peptlist checkout payment methods

Peptlist (peptlist.com) keeps coming up and I'm curious, so I'm poking around before I bother emailing them. The public listings really only show prices, so everything else is a question mark for me.

Which lines do they actually stock, in what quantities and formats, and what specs are listed per item? Can you get batch-specific COAs before buying, and do those show the third-party lab, method and lot number?

Where does it ship from, what carriers, how long, and how do they handle temperature-sensitive stuff? Are the listed prices current and do they include shipping and fees, or do bulk and custom quantities need a separate quote? And where are they based or operating out of?

Also curious what the policy is for damaged, delayed or out-of-spec orders.

Do they ship same day if ordered before noon? Also, does the tracking actually update, or is it one of those 'label created' situations for a week? Just trying to gauge if it's worth the wait.

Has anyone verified the COA batch numbers against the lab's site? I see a lot of vendors post PDFs that look clean but can't be cross-checked. Curious if Peptlist's are current.

Prices look mid-tier to me. Not crazy, not bargain bin. Anyone seen a discount code that actually works? Every code I try says expired or minimum order is wild.

If the COAs are legit and shipping is under a week, the prices seem fair. If not, it's just another pretty website. Anyone have recent order timeline?

Has anyone actually reached the checkout screen? I’m curious whether it’s card, e-check, crypto, or bank transfer only. My tiny local bank is twitchy about out-of-state processors—last time I tried

I haven’t made it past the cart either, but the checkout detail I’d care about is the billing descriptor: does it post under Peptlist, a random LLC, or a generic processor? That matters more to me than whether the box is discreet.

Also, are taxes/fees shown before you enter payment info, or tacked on at the final step?

I track every online purchase in a spreadsheet, so surprise fees bug me. If anyone has a redacted screenshot of that payment screen, that would answer a lot.

I haven’t made it that far either, but the thing I’d want to know before entering any payment info is whether checkout defaults to a one-time purchase or sneaks you into auto-ship. I run a cafe, so I’m juggling vendor invoices all day and I hate surprise recurring charges.

Also curious if they give a proper itemized receipt after paying—my bookkeeper needs something with a business name, not just a vague card descriptor. If it’s just a random charge and no invoice, that’s a hard pass for me.

For me, the COA question is less “do they have one” and more “does the lot number on the PDF match the vial label.” I keep weekly averages for my own tracking, so traceability matters more to me than a generic purity sheet.

Does anyone know if their COAs list the lab name, assay method, and test date, or just a percentage? If it’s the latter, I’d hold off.
