43, desk job. Ran IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg post-workout, five days on/two off, for six weeks. Kept training and calories the same. Added about 4 lbs on scale, arms up 0.4 inch, squat went from 275 to 295 for reps. Recovery between sessions was clearly better, less shoulder ache. Sides: shaky and hungry if I waited too long to eat; mild tingling in fingers first week. No crazy pumps, but steady. I’d buy again if price stays reasonable.
I'm 43, in grad school, so sleep and food are inconsistent. Ran IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 4 weeks. Pinned subq, sometimes IM. First week I felt sleepy and hungry about 30 min after, so I started eating carbs sooner. By week 3 my bench went from 225x5 to 245x5, and I added about 3 lbs on the scale without much waist change. Recovery between heavy squats was noticeably better. Sides: mild tingling in hands and a couple of low-blood-sugar spells if I skipped food. No crazy pumps. Would use again at a lower dose.
I’m 27, engineer, lifting 4x/week. Ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg post-workout for 5 weeks, 5 on/2 off. Noticed faster recovery: squats 2x/week stopped wrecking me, DOMS dropped from ~3 days to 1.5. Added maybe 4 lbs lean mass while calories stayed around maintenance, and my bench went from 135 to 145 for 5 reps. Sleep was deeper, but around week 3 I got mild headaches and some daytime fatigue, plus a little puffiness in my hands. Dropped to 20 mcg and sides eased. Strength gains were slow but real. Not magic, but decent for the price if you’re patient and careful.
34, personal trainer. Ran IGF-LR3 at 25 mcg subq first thing, 5 days on/2 off, for 4 weeks. Kept training same. Noticed better recovery by week 2—soreness gone faster, could hit legs twice a week. Added maybe 2-3 lbs lean while staying same waist. Squat went from 185x5 to 205x5. Side effects: mild headache and shaky/hungry about 30 min post dose if I didn't eat. No crazy pumps, but joints felt okay. Would use again at lower dose, but not before morning clients.
Ran IGF-LR3 for 4 weeks at 40 mcg post-workout, 5 days on 2 off. I'm 28, used to turn wrenches before I got hurt, so recovery matters. First 10 days not much, then pumps got stupid and I added 6 lbs while staying pretty lean. Bench went from 245 to 265 for 3 reps. Recovery was quicker too, old shoulder didn't bark as much. Sides: around 30 min after pinning I'd get shaky and hungry, so I kept carbs close. Some lethargy and a little joint ache near week 3. No crazy size, but shoulders and arms filled out. Dropped it after 4 weeks. Not cheap, but it did what I wanted.
I’m 55 and travel most weeks for sales, so recovery was my main reason to try IGF-LR3. Ran 30 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 5 weeks. Pumps were obvious, and my knees felt better after squats. Added around 4 lbs on scale, arms maybe 0.25 inch, bench up 10 lbs for reps. Best part was not feeling wrecked the next day. Sides: if I waited too long to eat I got shaky and sweaty; first week had minor headaches. No crazy size, but for the money it helped me train consistently.
I’m 55 and sell houses, so I’m on my feet and in/out of the car all day. Shoulder and knee aches were slowing me down. I ran IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 4 weeks. By week 2 my recovery was noticeably quicker—less next-day soreness after leg days. Added about 8 lbs on my bench and maybe 4 lbs of scale weight, no huge size jump. Side effects: mild lightheadedness if I skipped carbs, and some weird hand tingling at night. It faded when I ate before dosing. Half-life seems long, so one pin daily was easy. Worth it if you can handle the blood sugar dips. Not magic, but solid.
41, realtor, busy schedule. Ran IGF-LR3 at 40mcg post-workout for 4 weeks, 5 days on/2 off. Pinned subq in the morning on training days. By week 2 my knees and shoulders felt way better after showings and gym. Added about 5 lbs on scale, arms up maybe 0.4 inch, bench went from 225x5 to 245x5. Sides: mild lightheadedness if I waited too long to eat, some extra tiredness first few days. No crazy pumps or pain. Kept dose low. Would use again, though pricey. Not magic, but recovery was the standout.
I’m 52, retired mechanic, still lift four days a week. Ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg daily for five weeks, then bumped to 40 mcg for the last two. Pinned post-workout, usually in the delt. Added about 4 lbs lean, waist stayed same. Squat went 135 to 155, overhead press 45 to 55. Soreness dropped from three days to one, which was the best part. First week I got mild headaches and felt shaky if I skipped carbs. Wrists ached a bit by week four. No crazy mass, but recovery and fullness were solid. Would run again at lower dose.
45, desk job, lifting 4x/week. Ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg post-workout for 4 weeks, 5 days on. First week nothing dramatic. By week 3 my elbows felt better and I could do 2 extra reps on incline bench. Added about 3 lbs on scale, waist stayed same. Strength went up roughly 10 lbs on squat. Side effects: mild lightheadedness if I waited too long to eat, and some tingling in fingers at night. No crazy pumps. It did help recovery between sessions. Mixing was easy. I'd use again at lower dose, but it's pricey.
I'm a 50-year-old yoga teacher. Used IGF-LR3 at 20 mcg daily for 5 weeks. My shoulders used to ache in down dog, now maybe 70% better. Gained about 1.5 lbs of lean muscle, not huge but noticeable. Side effects: felt a little shaky if I skipped breakfast, so I always ate first. Also had some weird dreams. Overall, happy with recovery and slight strength gains. Would recommend for active older folks.
31F, ex-mechanic, shoulders and elbows are pretty beat up. Ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg subQ post-workout, five days on/two off, for six weeks. By week two my tennis elbow wasn't screaming after pulling wrenches, and recovery between leg days felt quicker. Added maybe 4-5 lbs lean and deadlift went from 225 to 245. Downsides: 20-30 min after pinning I got shaky and hungry, so I kept candy nearby. Also mild puffy hands. No crazy size, but steady. I'll run it again at lower dose.
Ran IGF-LR3 for 5 weeks at 40 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off. I’m 27, desk job, lifting 4x week. First two weeks nothing crazy, then recovery definitely improved—soreness gone maybe 30% faster. Added around 3-4 lbs on scale while staying same waist, and my bench went from 225x5 to 235x5. Strength bump was real but modest. Sides: occasional headache and a bit tired after pinning, plus some flushing first week. No crazy hypoglycemia, but I kept carbs around. Not cheap for the results, though I’d likely run it again during a bulk.
I'm 36, teach middle school, and lift after work. Ran IGF-LR3 at 20 mcg subq daily, 5 days on/2 off, for 4 weeks. First thing I noticed was less soreness—leg day used to wreck me for 2 days, now maybe 1. Strength went up a little: squats 115 to 125 for 8 reps. I didn't get huge, maybe a bit fuller in shoulders and arms. Side effects were mild: occasional hunger and one dizzy spell when I skipped lunch. Injection sites got red a couple times. Would use again for recovery, but not magic. Value okay if you buy small.
I'm 47, cutting hair on my feet 9 hours a day. Ran IGF-LR3 at 25 mcg subq every morning, 5 days on/2 off, for 5 weeks. Kept training 3x a week. Shoulder and wrist aches dropped a lot by week 2, and I could do back-to-back busy Saturdays without feeling wrecked. Added about 10 lbs to my leg press and 5 lbs to dumbbell rows. Weight stayed around 142, but waist lost an inch. Main side effect: lightheaded if I didn't eat within 20 minutes, plus slight hand tingling first week. No crazy size, but recovery and strength were worth it.
I'm 31, personal trainer, ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg post-workout for 4 weeks, 5 days on/2 off. Kept calories same. Noticed recovery first: leg DOMS after heavy squats dropped from 3 days to about 1.5. Added maybe 2-3 lbs lean mass on scale and arms looked fuller. Strength went up 10 lbs on squat and 5 on bench, but some could be training. Sleep was deeper, though I got mild headaches and a little lethargy first week. Injection site stung occasionally. Half-life felt short, needed frequent dosing. No crazy sides. Good but pricey.
52-year-old grad student here. Ran IGF-LR3 for 6 weeks: 30mcg daily first 4 weeks, bumped to 40mcg. Noticed faster recovery between gym sessions by week 2. Squat went from 135 to 155 lbs. Added maybe 3 lbs lean mass per scale and mirror. Side effects: mild dizziness if I skipped breakfast, some achy joints. No major issues. Worth it for recovery alone, but pricey.

By week 2 my leg soreness was way down and I could hit squats twice a week. Ended up adding about 2-3 lbs while staying lean, and my squat went from 145 to 160 for reps. Side effects were mild: a few headaches and one bout of lightheadedness when I skipped lunch after dosing. No crazy pumps, but recovery and fullness were noticeably better. I’d buy again, just keep carbs nearby.
Honestly, I'm 34 and work as a realtor, so I'm on my feet a lot. Ran 40mcg of IGF-LR3 daily for 4 weeks, split into two shots. Noticed faster recovery between showings and gym sessions. Added about 6 lbs on my bench and 3 lbs lean mass. Side effects: mild dizziness if I didn't eat carbs after pinning, and some lethargy. Injection sites got a bit red. Overall worth it, but not magic.
I’m 38 and run a warehouse floor, so my body gets beat up daily. Ran IGF-LR3 at 25 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 5 weeks. Noticeably less soreness after heavy pulls and squats by week 2. Added maybe 5 lbs on my bench and 10 lbs on deadlift, but no dramatic size change. Sleep was deeper, hunger up, and a few mornings I felt shaky until I ate. No injection issues. Kept dose low and didn’t push it. For the price, I’d buy again for recovery, not for a huge physique jump.
52-year-old female paramedic, lifting 4x/week. Ran IGF-LR3 at 30 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 4 weeks. First week felt nothing. By day 10 my recovery between 12-hour shifts got easier; soreness dropped maybe 30%. Added 5 lb to squats and 3 reps on pull-ups by week 4. Sleep was deeper, but around 45 min after pinning I got shaky and sweaty if I skipped carbs, so I started eating right after. Mild joint ache in elbows weeks 2-3. Didn’t blow up, maybe 2 lb lean gain. Pinning was easy. Worth it for recovery, but not cheap.
Used IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg daily for 4 weeks, injected post-workout. I'm a nurse, so I checked glucose and kept carbs handy. First two weeks: pumps were wild, recovery felt faster, and my squat went from 315x5 to 335x5. Gained about 3 lbs while waist stayed same. Weeks 3-4: mild headaches and a couple of shaky hypo moments if I waited too long to eat. No major issues, but sleep was a bit off. Not magic, but for the money I'd run it again at a lower dose.

Side effects: lightheaded 15-20 min after injection and a couple shaky low-blood-sugar moments if I waited too long to eat. Sleep was fine. No crazy mass, but leaner look and better work capacity. Would use again at same dose, maybe 3 weeks.

Would use again at a lower dose.

Retired mechanic, 50. Ran IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg daily, first thing in the morning, for 4 weeks. Pinned subq in the belly. By week two my joints felt better and I was recovering from garage workouts faster. Added about 5 lbs on the scale, bench went from 185 to 205 for 5 reps. Sides were mild: a little shaky and hungry about 30 minutes after dosing, so I ate carbs. No crazy pumps or headaches. Last week I bumped to 50 mcg and got a bit more fatigue, so I backed down. It ain't magic, but for me it helped recovery and strength.
I’m 52 and push numbers for a living, so I track everything. Ran IGF-LR3 at 40 mcg post-workout, 5 days on/2 off, for 6 weeks. Kept calories the same. Scale went up 4 lbs, waist down about half an inch, bench +20 lbs, squat +25. Recovery between sessions was noticeably faster—less sore by day two. No major issues, but I wouldn’t run it without glucose tabs nearby. Overall worth it for me, though pricey.
I ran IGF-LR3 for four weeks at 20 mcg subq each morning, then bumped to 30 mcg the last ten days. I’m a 28-year-old grad student, lifting 4x/week. Recovery was the big win—soreness after heavy squats dropped from 3 days to about 1. Strength went from 135x5 to 155x5 on squat. I added maybe 2-3 lbs lean mass while staying same waist. Side effects: mild shaky/hungry feeling 20-30 min post-injection, one small red bump that faded. No crazy pumps. It’s not magic, but for the price and my goals, I’d use it again. Half-life is nice, so one pin daily.

Recovery was noticeably faster, could train back-to-back days without soreness. Pinned subq in the morning. Only side effect was mild hypoglycemia if I didn't eat within 30 mins, once felt shaky. No joint pain. Didn't notice much satellite cell stuff but muscle fullness was there. Half-life is long, so one shot a day was easy. Would use again but value is just okay at the price.

Side effects: some tingling in hands and a few dizzy spells if I waited too long to eat, so I started carrying juice. No major issues, but I wouldn't push past 40mcg. Not cheap, and results faded a bit after stopping, but I'd run it again during a bulk.

So I'm 45, drive for a living, and this was my first time ordering this. It showed up in a few days and the batch COA was in the box. Not gonna lie, I mainly care about the paperwork. Customer service got back pretty quick when I asked doc questions, even told me which outside lab did the analysis. I got it as lab reference material, so I'm only talking about the docs and service side here. No results, no amount, nothing about personal use. Just my two cents, imo the documentation part was handled fine.
not gonna lie i mostly cared about the paperwork. got igf-lr3 for lab reference, showed up in a few days and the batch COA was in the box. emailed asking which outside lab ran the analysis and got a answer same day, which surprised me tbh. imo the docs side was solid. only writing about that and the service, not any outcome or amount. not a recommendation to use anything. if you want clean documentation this was fine for me.
