Twelve weeks of tracking and the headline numbers are going the right way: A1c 8.9 -> 7.3, down 14 lbs. But the CGM tells a weirder story.
Between 3am and 6am there's a climb from ~105 to 145, almost every night, and it's worse now than it was at the start. Fasting labs come in 132-148. Sleep schedule hasn't changed, last meal is usually done by 7.
Endo's read is dawn phenomenon, don't chase it.
What puzzles me is why the overnight curve got worse while the average got better. Anyone else watching overnight CGM patterns on GLP-1s? What did weeks 8-12 look like for you? Not after dosing advice, just trying to understand the shape of the curve.
