Compounded peptide news is moving faster than my reading list

I’ve been on a GLP-1 since early 2024 and mostly lurk here because I like keeping one boring routine. But the compounded-peptide headlines lately are a mess: one post says a legal category is reopening in 2026, another says nothing changed, and half the comments are screenshots of screenshots.

I have a note on my phone with dates from the last six months because I got tired of trying to remember which update was current. Before I spend another evening down this hole: what are people actually reading to confirm this?

I’m not asking where to buy anything or for a protocol — just whether there’s a court order, agency guidance, or trade group statement that plainly says what changed. If you’ve followed this closely, what’s the one document that made it click for you?

I work nights. Screenshots of screenshots are useless. I keep one note with dates and links, not images.

If a post can’t link the actual source—FDA page, court docket, guidance doc—I skip it. My real question: where’s the 2026 date coming from? A docket number or just a compounder email?

That’s the only thing that matters for planning. For my routine, I just track sleep, workouts, and refill dates. Not headlines. Keeps it boring.
