Triple agonist talk: which signals are worth logging?

I’m 14 months into a GLP-1, down 68 lb, and mostly maintaining with three lifting sessions, a Sunday prep block, and a protein floor I actually hit. So I’m not anti-new-thing. But the triple agonist chatter keeps showing up with a lot of confidence and almost no personal data.

When I had to switch formulations last fall, I tracked resting heart rate, sleep, appetite timing, and protein for eight weeks. The scale barely moved; my RHR and evening cravings did.

That taught me to separate “different” from “better.” For anyone who has used a triple agonist: what did you track beyond weight, and how long before you trusted the pattern? What would have made you stop?

I’m more interested in boring logs than enthusiasm.

You cut off at resting heart rate, right? That’s the one I wish I’d tracked more carefully during my own formulation switch.

I log RHR, sleep, a 1–10 food-noise score, protein, and main-lift RPE. My RHR bumped ~6 bpm for about 10 days while sleep stayed flat, which felt like a real signal, not just scale noise.

For triple-agonist hype, I’d want personal logs showing whether it changes appetite, recovery, or GI stuff before weight moves—not just “down X lb.” What did your RHR do after the switch, and did it settle? Also curious if anyone’s seen grip or squat RPE shift first.
