I’m in week 10 and down 13 lbs, and for the first month or so my appetite didn’t really show up until lunch. The last two weeks, though, I’m genuinely hungry by 6:30 a.m. — stomach growling, a little empty feeling, and coffee alone doesn’t cut it.
I sleep about 6.5–7 hours, usually have protein at breakfast, and drink water before bed, so I’m trying to figure out whether this is a real shift or just my old breakfast routine knocking. I track body signals pretty closely and don’t want to ignore hunger cues, but it’s also so different from what I expected.
Not asking for anything to change medication-wise — just wondering if others have had this ebb and flow. Did your mornings get hungrier around a certain week, and did it settle again?
